CHAS – Fundraising for a great Scottish Charity

I think we can all agree it has been an awful year for the world! Everyone has been impacted in some way. Charities are taking a huge hit on their fundraising as they can not do as many events, big runs and dances. I have been volunteering for CHAS for about 5 years now. They …

Yoga Retreat 2023 is over and boy did we have fun. Thanks to everyone who came along, especially the younger yogis, putting up with us oldies and our stories 😂 No pictures of yoga as we were all in the moment enjoying and I didn’t take any! We enjoyed brilliant walks. Weather was kind. @seamillhydrohotel was amazing as usual. Food, drink and service all fantastic and especially the main staff that looked after us, Sarah, Rachel and Abbie.
