Having worked in a corporate role for many years, I saw first hand the affect work related stress had on many of my colleagues.
Given the current situation of the COVID 19 pandemic, many staff are working from home. It’s early days yet on how this will impact the well being of our workforce, however early indications are not good. Staff are worried about the pandemic, worried about loosing loved ones and working from home with little social interections.
Companies were already working on helping their staff’s wellbeing and the need for this has increased due to COVID19.
Yoga, breathing exercises and guided meditation and relaxation are some of the ways I can help staff. Yoga is a powerful tool for helping physically and mentally.
All classes are online via ZOOM at moment, however services will be available at the workplace when allowed.
Beginner Yoga Lunchtime – 6 Week Block – Max 10 people. 45 min class.
This introduces staff to yoga, starting with the basics of breathing, poses and relaxation. This small group allows interaction with myself, question time. At the end of the block the practictioner will be able to join the regular class if available.
These classes can run at anytime to suit, however can be ran Mon-Fri from 12-2pm. I can also accomodate shift workers.
Weekly Yoga Class
This class Hatha yoga class can be ran as many times as required at any time Monday to Friday to suit your schedule. This class is aimed at those who have completed the beginner course or are already comfortable with yoga and fitness. Max class size is 30.
This can include, one off events for Wellness weeks, Tailored programme for teams. Programmes to suit your workforce and time schedules.
