Yoga Classes


I have been practising yoga for some time, trying out different classes and styles.   It was about 2014 that I really deepened my practise.

After some research I decided to do a 100 hour foundation course at Seasonal Yoga in Glasgow with Julie Hanson and Claire Davidson.   This was a great course, and gave me a good base and the confidence to continue on to the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Programme with Jo Lockhart at Yoga Jo’s in Milngavie.


Many times I have heard people say, “I am not flexible enough for yoga”.    However that’s the beauty of Yoga,  you start from where you are, build strength, balance, stability and flexibility comes too.

My goal is to take the knowledge I have gained in my training and help others to experience yoga and see the good it can bring to their life.  There is more to yoga than the postures, come along and find out.

I have also completed additional training in Rainbow Children’s Yoga, which was fantastic and I hope to incorporate Children’s Yoga into my business soon.

With Yoga you never stop learning!  From your students and your teachers, I have a huge list of further education that I wish to complete.
